We help you achieve spaces that look beautiful in photography ( so important as this is what gets them there) and make you attract more renters. HOW IT WORKS
1. APPOINTMENT/ SITE CONSULT
We visit the property either in person or via zoom to view the spatial aspect, lighting, area and unique characteristics of the home so we showcase its best aspects for potential guests. In this meeting we also discuss styles for the home, furniture required and budget.
2. DESIGN PROPOSAL
After gathering all information we send you a design brief including inventory required and a package price.
3. PROJECT WORKS
Once you have accepted our styling/design proposal we will start working on concept boards, stock ordering and deliveries. We will inform you of eta’s on all products which will tie in with your desired finish date established in our first meeting.
The exciting day where we transform your property! You will see Naomi and her team work their magic so your Airbnb stands out! If installation by us is not required we simply have goods delivered to your front door for you to style with a list of instructions and zooms meets if required. We are for you as little or as much as you need us!
If you are after some styling advice working with your existing furniture we do offer this as-well! We go through your home room by room with you and advise what to keep, remove, adjust and some little additions that may be required working within your budget. For example cushions, lighting, curtains etc. Styling consults are based on an hourly rate at $450.00.
